A few weeks after that our bedroom heater started spraying water all over the floor. The people above us have an old washing machine connection in which somebody pulled the water lever releasing water through our closet. Apartment maintenance came by and painted over the water marks. The people upstairs also had a cracked pipe in the bathtub which again sent water down our ceiling. We are not the only ones as I have talked with neighbors who all have cockroaches, some with bed bugs and leaking walls. The rent here increases everytime you renew which is not worth renewing.

I deep cleaned the apartment, had cleaners come in case there was anything I missed and had the carpet professionally cleaned. After move out they charged me 1,500 for "damage fees-carpet replace". We left the apartment cleaner than it was when we moved in. I didn't expect to get the deposit because because that rarely happens when apartments, but that charge is ridiculous. Seems like they're just trying to upgrade the flooring on my dollar. We know you’ll love it here, and we want your furry friend to love it here, too.

The apartment owners have a real lack of attention for details causing these beautiful apartments to be a huge dump.
